BabbleExpert is a wonderful thing Lickety made for PCs, where everything is on one page and there is a "Lickety Add" box where if you type one word it goes to both lists, and if you type more than one it goes to the chat. There are other goodies too, like a link to morewords above the grid in the Resources tab. It's free -- just email Lickety and ask for it.
But it doesn't work for Macs.

it says you can get headaches from consuming nitrates, aspartame, or MSG. well the latter two are in ingredient lists, i think, so i would know if i had them, but how do i know if i have had nitrates. the only thing i know they are in is deli meat.

I know you can from aspartame, yeah. I had a friend who used to use it and she got wicked headaches, until she stopped using it.
and you should be careful of taking something that might be a bad mix with what you've already taken.

we don't get hurricanes, being in the prairies, but we had a terrible tornado on July 31, 1987....missed us, but very close.... never want to see one again.
we get little twisters and funnel clouds, but the big ones are very rare.
Tornadoes are very scary. They do so much damage so quickly.
tornadoes terrify me more since they're so much more sudden.

He said "Well Mom, I guess I'll have to stand in a doorway." He's 6'4" and goes about 220. There isn't a table or desk in our place he would fit under. : )

What I'm trying to describe is difficult. Reading the written word and using your imagination to follow the story is what is magic for me.
molly.. i was a bad girl. had friends in nyc.. party , wanted to go, lied to my parents and said the girl's parents would be there.. which of course they weren't...and of course my parents called the house and figured it all out... drove into nyc and picked me up and grounded me (extreme i thought) for 3 weeks..
and tonight, I am forced to read boring things (have to take a written driver's exam tomorrow)
