our local resto is Sicilian, but he has toned it all down for French tastes which is unfortunate
later on we started making stats for eachother. Usually the person to 'finish' first would make some stats by hand. Later on some of us had little programs to make them with. And much later Jack started with regular stats every day.
Sicily should be wonderful, JBV; I've never been there but from what I've read, it is fabulous
I've only been there 2 weeks, most of it spent at an outside facility. I think it will all pan out, but fr the next month or 3 it will be uncomfortable...BUT...she is nearing retirement age...if she chooses to do so, in about 5 years I will not be with her.
