it is indeed and between treatments,if he is home for the weekends for example and treated through the week,the home environment must be as normals as it can be and quiet.while on chemo all spicy and flavourfull foods will be hard for him(each persons reactions to chemo is different) but bland foods may be the order for the say,a scrambled egg, and keep some freezies and vanillia ice cream in the freezer.ensure meal replacement drinkks from the pharmacy but all drinks including water must be ice cold as after a while you taste the chemo in your mouth,yyou sweat it out ,it is all pervasive and anything intense will make you vomit

although my cousin id=s finding it hard - he says he would just like to have a date - any date - because they feel that they in limbo
one of my 3 cancers was stage 3 as well,in many cases that level is highly treatable depending on location
maybe my cousins wife has stage 4 then because they have told her it is terminal and inoperable
for the first 5 years post chemo/radiation,you are indeed in limbo

They are pretty sure it's spread some, as it appears to be in both his small and large intestine. But we shall see.
indeed,whenever he is in the mood pack the weight on hi just in case chemo is needed later.i lost a ton of weight when getting my chemo
Trouble is he's already down about 20 pounds, and is pretty thin, due to all the pain and the strictures

sadly(each chemo is different for each person) i went from 250 pounds(my ideal is 180) to just around 155 during chemo and i am 6 foot 2 so it was not pretty
