They grow outside here - something I found quite amazing - we have one, which is a beautiful peach colour
oohhh, i have peach ones too -- that was my mom's favorite color :-)
they grow outside in Florida and Louisiana -- huge clumps -- spectacular

I never knew they came in so many colours. In the UK the ones sold around Christmas time were red.

no, they are not. And it is not just the pills that help, I had to learn many coping strategies as well. Panic is a sneaky thing!

I can relate to the crowd thing. And yes, being upset already makes the trigger threshold lower. Being upset is one of those moments when you need to use th other strategies... calm yourself down before the panic attacks.

you say large can of paste...what size?
I have a couple of the little cans...think they are 5oz
I think it's the 10 oz. size. There is the itty bitty can and then the large can sizes. Best to get too much than too little as far as I'm concerned. I LOVE tomato paste. You can use two of the little ones. Be generous with the tomato paste and really pile it on.
It's also better, I think, if you put salt on top before eating or when reheating.

Have studied music since I was 8---voice and piano---and am classically trained in voice. Just know my voice coach rolls over in her grave when I do rock music...ask me if I care! Oh, I'm just keeping my voice in shape right now. I do want to go back to doing corporate parties, though, when my health will allow. Can't keep a good woman down for long!

I wish I had some pictures of me with some of the animals I've worked with...lions, tigers, no bears...and gorillas, chimps, orangutans. Oh, the stories!

This new pic is of Monument Valley here in northeastern Arizona on Navajo land. It is a VERY spiritual place for me and starkly beautiful.
Tigers are the BEST...can't trust the lions or leopards.
Gorillas are amazing wonderful, orangutans can go either way, but chimps are the DARK side.
It is a beautiful pic...would love to see in real life
