Well, some Reiki practitioners do REiki with their hands just above the body. I don't do it that way though. and don't be embarassed. Reiki is very gentle hands on touching. and both the client and I are fully clothed if that makes you feel any better

She asked my Mum, 'Did we just have some junk mail delivered?' 'Yes,' said my Mum. Neighbour goes off to look for 'real mail', thinking she must have just automatically chucked it in the recycling box for paper. It's not there. It's not anywhere she looks. This evening, she opened the salad drawer of her fridge and found 3 birthday cards for her daughter and a water bill in there.
