Funnt story involving my ladies.... (I take care of mentally handicapped ladies) We went on an outing to the park today to feed the ducks, they had a wonderful time. hey meliae, so did I, but i went to a great doctor who told me all about it. apparently they sleep-deprived a group of medical students, and within 3 weeks they developed fibromyalgia. so i went and had a sleep study doe. that showed i had severe sleep apnoea, hence i was sleep deprived. so, now i use a CPAP machine everynight. o more aches and pains, just your usual run of the mill, day to day stuff.
woot rmcc, very well done! That is taking control in a major way, I love it.
I am on sunlight therapy had the sleep test it came out ok I sleep good, they say mine is stress/work induced
in case you all had noticed, my n key doesn't always work. gggrrrr
not at all, can keep my anxiety at bay, is 1:27 am here and is my fave time of day for sure no one will bother me, will be up until 4:00 working, have a small farm and mostly self-suffient for food
