It is dry food but its got Cranberry and fish in it
i'll just cut back on his food, i think hubby and the bairn feed him aswell

we give oen can of soft maybe two but not all the time and we leave crunchy food for them to have at any time
You only need to feed them a quater of a cup in the AM and a quater in the evening. Lots of water too. Fuzzbrat doesn't mind that much

all pain is bad. I had a doctor friend describe it like a teeter totter; you can handle so much pain, then a little bit more comes and you are out of balance and in a mess...

Before I was diagnosed I thought RA was just a touch of rheumatism. Far from it. I get angry sometimes because I have worked hard all my life and it seems unfair but then I snap out of it.

there are several here with chronic pain of some kind; very helpful to share when you are hurting. I read Psalms when pain is at its worst. If David and Job can tell God how angry they are and then be uplifted by Him, I feel I can do same...

not sure, I am usually hot (inflammation often causes higher temps)... so I am rarely cold.. might also try silk long underwear

silk undies are quite thin, and you just we4 them under normal clothes. but they come with long sleeves and long legs, just like men's longjohns
when the legs are really cold, insulating doesn't help much, I have found. There must be some heat to BE kept within to start with. When sitting still it may help to put your feet on a hot water bottle. And insulate, of course. But on the walk, I wouldn't know.

I have been lurking but I feel I have to respond to MKG's statements. ACORN is not corrupt. Anyone who registers voters gets money for each registration they get. People ACORN found to register voters filled out false registrations to get the money. ACORN saw they were false, but are legally bound to turn them in. They turned them in but alerted the election board to the several they thought were false, because they were legally not allowed to discard them themselves. The individuals who wanted to be paid for each registration were the ones at fault, not ACORN, which made every effort to remove the false registrations from the rolls.

pam - i also keep fat free evaporated milk in the cupboard in case i run out of 1/2 and 1/2.... works well as a cream substitute and doesn't have all the fake stuff like fat free 1/2 and 1/2 does... a habit i started while in europe since they used canned evaporated milk a lot for coffee

Walter has announced that he would like to help set the table. That's my little trooper! Well, I am glad it's passed...
Now we have our beautiful son, have scrabbled our way into quite a decent neighborhood in a great city, and are starting to feel a shred less morally exhausted. But the years have FLOWN by... I'll be 40 in January! How the heck did that happen???
Right now I am I admit frazzled out of my mind. Getting this degree in Dutch has been at least three times as hard as I thought. Started out with a class of 32 and now (including three new people) we number 7, as well, and they were all native speakers! But tenmore weeks... ten more weeks... then I may start behaving like a sane person for a change.

back - just played a little Bubblez at gatorarcade. it is a fun mindless game to play if your brain begins to hurt from seeking words on the grid. i learned a new method in bubblez - you have to have 3 or more of the same color bubblez to eliminate them. i found, by accident, that you can bank a bubble off the sides to make 3 or more of the same color hence eliminating them - lol - it really is a brain relaxation game - LOLOL

I usually just thaw the bags in the fridge. Put them in a bowl or pan just in case they leak. I often double bag things that are very liquid-y just in case. But most of the time I have no problems at all!
