I started out as a pop music journalist, then edited a fiction magazine, had a few books published, fell out with my agent and became a book editor. It's not a very reliable income though.

honestly, it is something I am struggling with, finding a job. I dont' really want to be a teacher's aide, or a lunch lady, but who is going to hire me otherwise? I can only work from 9-2 on weekdays, and only on days when there is school, so summer is out, as are all holidays. form an orderly queue to hire ME! and I have three children
i would love to do some mosaic work for money, but with the economy the way it is, home improvements have really stalled.
writing will let you set your own hours... until the story takes control and demands your presence at odd hours :)

the resource page has not changed much in a whilie...but I have changed my Babble Stats page considerably for the new year. Thank you, Mr. P
had some interesting questions from some of the new babblers... they are trying to learn our lingo. What is monkeying, what is a phantom etc. I don't know if there is room on the page for Lingo, or if it is even relevant.
