that is one of the questions i asked! if its wall climing then your legs are much more important, as they are used more through everyday (walking) they last a lot longer
our arms are the first to go, we were shown that it is best to keep your arms straight when climibing, if you bend them they go faster

for upper body we were told anything that makes you lift your body up is good. push ups, chin ups etc

well joined with a work colleague, as it is training we are part of a group of 5. after training we can come whenever we want, but it is handy to bring a partner for belaying
