Ah. Jasmin, it's easy. In theory. Obviously there is a grid full of letters just waiting to be combined into meaningful words. Much like in boggle, you need to try and root out the words from their hiding places. To make a word, each letter needs to touch the one preceding it, and the one after it. If you wanted to find 'chair', a c would need to touch an H, and so on. Sometimes there are clues, ie - there is an am5,12. "Am" means that the first two letters are a and m, the 5 refers to the length of the word (five letters) and twelve means the number of points the word is worth. There are far more in depth guides on Angelsongs babble page (which you can find below the grid) and in the help section, which is linked above the chatterbox.
it is not wrong to be jealous, meaning you'd love to go yourself. It is only 'wrong' if you mean you grudge them their good luck, imo.

hey BabbleRabble, good to see you. The little lion went to canoe club today, where they had their annual Open Day. Very busy, lots of people, kids and dogs. He loved it! And behaved very good. Played and explored like mad, then went to his bench and slept for about an hour like a log!

The return was a major adventure Lynxx but he got home eventually thank you :) He has done something weird to his foot - plantar fasciitis - or something. But he's being treated by a specialist now.

plantar fasciitis is unpleasant - i had it a while back and it can take a long time to heal up
I had never heard of it before Kazz. He's seen the specialist and is being treated by a physio before they decide whether to operate or not. Did you have an op on your foot?
no because it settled down but sometimes it can be caused (or cause heels spikes - little bits of extra bone that make it almost impossible to stand up for very long. They can also treat it with steriod injections in the tendon that is the problem
He has extra bone in his left foot - the pain seems worst first thing in the morning

Thats about right - my dad had the spurs - its main cause is standing up for long periods of time - my dads spent most of his working live stood up in one please for 24-48 hours at a time

Heel spurs are very very common. I believe there are lots of remedies other than ops
Simon has been given inserts too. He's got loads of exercises from the physio as well. Trouble is he has already taken on another Arctic expedition which starts in February next year so he needs to get it sorted.

i use lickety's babble clues (see tiny green link at bottom of page) and also a list i made myself of weird words this game takes
most nights he gets them on right away some nights they aren't there at all and I for one get slightly panicky
