but he just asked me if there were toilets nearby. i said i wasnt sure, but there is definitely a restroom station in the park somewhere.

i understand people need to use a restroom, but there is one in the park somewhere. it may or may not be nearby, im not sure. we had several factors to consider when selecting which pavilion we wanted, and that wasnt the highest on our list.
Maybe dad has a problem with sudden urges. Talk to the park people and see if they have a porta-pot they can re-locate for you.

* Mke a white sauce of butter, flour, and milk. I use about 1/3 cup each of butter and flour and 2 1/2 cups of milk. * Add seasoning (black pepper, cayenne pepper, minced onion, and a dash of worcestererestershire). Microwave for 3 minutes, stir, repeat until thick. * Meanwhile boil a bunch of elbow macaroni (or rotini, but elbows are more traditional). * Chop up a block of Velveeta, and when the sauce is thick, dump it in and heat again to melt cheese. Stir until smooth. * Chop up some bacon (I use the ready-cooked kind). Add the bacon to the sauce and dump it all over the macaroni. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350. * Optional: saute a block of butter and add a mess of breadcrumbs. Sprinkle butter-ensoaked breadcrumbs over the top. * Serve with a green vegetable and gastric bypass kit.

MD can be a tough state to figure out, depending where you are. we are technically south of the mason-dixon, so there are definitely areas with that southern charm. but we have a lot of transplants that live near DC and nap-town, so those areas get more urban. and well, bmore is....bmore.

Our schools start late on the West coast.
kids start here on Sept. 8, but teachers come back on Tuesday. Monday I'm in an all day meeting so I had to get everything totally ready before leaving the office today. - so now I am here to relax and babble
oh -- of course, the "week before" -- in another two years, I hope to have that week or two before, setting up the classroom, making a month's worth of worksheets, putting names on desks... *slips into reverie*

it is a great privilege to study and not work at the same time - I thank my husband all the time for the 4 years (!) he mostly supported me in grad school - of course I had a baby in the middle of that time
I tried taking just one (1) class between my two babies (they were 26 months apart) and the mama hormones turned my brain to mush so I had to wait until they had grown a bit more. *grin* and now they tower over me!
Yes I have help from my mum while I'm working, stid. I've moved with the kids back into our family home and she minds them when they're here and I'm at work...which she doesn't mind at all.
that is good, Shivs. We live fairly close to my mother, and it has been wonderful to have the kids grow up knowing their grandparents. I never had the chance, myself.

My day, Kate, has not been as productive as I'd hoped. Took 'Step' to the official outfitter for her school, found 9 people in front of us in a queue in a shop the size of a broom cupboard and also found that they've hardly got anything in. GRR. Also, the hourly bus was late arriving and it took us an hour to get into our nearest market town rather than (10 mins by car) or (20 mins by bus).

Some time after that, I went to Memphis to do a breeding, and went with the stud owner and friends to a piano bar. The pianist played " Tiny Bubbles" and I dissolved into tears. Nobody knew why.

turns out that last weekend my wasband had a house-warming party at his new house - the one he bought behind my back with the money in our brokerage account. And who all went to this party? I did a stupid thing today...my curling iron (on the highest setting) slipped out of my grip. Of course the rod landed on my forehead and burnt that. Natural reflex had me trying to catch the blasted thing so the rod landed on my forearm. Without being able to see where the darn thing was, I grabbed at it and of course caught the hot rod, bare handed. I was worn to a frazzle!

we were having relations in bed when i got the great idea to enhance things..looking around i saw the wife make up mirror,the kind with the lights and the 2 different magnuifications one on each side of the mirror..we started off again and i se the lighted mirro in such a place so as to..magnify things..all wnt well and we reached mirvanna..as we lay there afterwards in my bliss i forgit one thing ..the shrinkage afterwards,and the lighted mirror was still in place..did you ladies know that a lighted make up mirror can excedd temps of 350 degrees in short order?? well i ended the night in the bathroom with my..err apendage in a glass of ice water..never did that again...good night ladies...poof!
