since you have good coverage go to doc...try to log what you eat/ how much. try not to wear tight waistbands...don't lie down until 2 hours after food...limit caffeine and acidic foods like tomato, fruits..if necessary sleep propped up..all should help a bit

best to get on it quickly..h. pylori test good and cheap(up here anyway)...re-curring ones can be cured with antibiotics for the h.p. as it has been found to be major cause...but again should see dr., to confirm...to be safe. shouldn't diagnose self first time to be sure...

i was screaming bloody murder in the ER for a good solid 5 hours. they sent me home with some NICE painkillers + i passed it naturally the next day.
they said they were small enough that i can do it on my onw,pumped me full of painkillers and set me on a cot in observation in emerg for 12 hours

vicodin usually kill the pain!

i felt like i had been run through with a wire bottle brush afterwards;/
they gave me 2 different painkillers through the IV -- the first one did absolutely zilch. i screamed til they gave me more...
