Champix -- worked well at first, was my big start, but cravings came back and I've relapsed a few times and had a ciggie or two, or a few -- then got right back on the wagon each time! gone several weeks without now, been fighting it with the patch and those ecigarettes and sheer willpower and determination since the Champix!
Dachef, go back to George's words to me - Perseverance - I made it my New Year's Resolution 1973 and haven't had one since.
fortunately I've never been addicted to caffeine, coz I've never been a big coffee drinker -- drink mostly tea, water, fruit and veggie juices!

i got a reader for my wife,because she cannot see traditional books anymore
the back-lighting on the iPad i would find distracting if i were using it as a eReader all the time.
the walk is about a man who loses everything and decides to walk across America. it is sad in parts but very readable
bit different brid,e-readers use e-ink tech and the i pad is back lit
but i'd love an iPad as a mini-computer. to use it that way. and occasionally read a book on it.

hi again. Re: cataracts; back "in the day" a person having cataract surgery had to lay flat in bed for 3-5 days with sandbags holding their heads very still. I get a kick out of how "easy" it seems now
