chicken loaf sounds good too
i boil it first..... then chop it into small bits (i use the stem too for that one, so nothign is wasted)... then i put a tiny bit of oil in a wok, add the brocoli, add the cream, add the mustard, add 2 different cheese (i for flavour, and emmental for texture).. today i have goat cheese to put in

well i am sure you cvan replace that with somethign else.. if you mean for diet purpose, use a 5% cream.... plus, i only put like 1 table spoon of cream, it's enough!

I'll tell you the story about the worst cake i ever made. It was for the Babblers who came in August. I wanted a cake, Stidmama could eat, she has food allergies. I chose a cake that I've made many times but changed the cake flour to the non gluten variety and added the stuff that keeps it from getting crumbly (forget the name). Anyway, that cake had soooo much substance to it, it was like a chainsaw demonstration. Everyone was so polite, but honestly it was the worst cake I ever made and this is the first time, I've had the nerve to confess to this culinary disaster.

Prison is a punishment and the only human rights that should be allowed are food, water and the right not to be beaten up. I've no objection to prisoners being allowed to educate themselves and perhaps go on to something other than the life they thought they had before, but giving them the right to vote is a step too far.
I've still got no idea how Belgium, whose people are seriously WEIRD, ever got the 'capiotal' of the EU title.
People died getting the right to vote. That is NOT a privilege that should be given to people in prison, whatever they're in there for.
