I use javascript to generate the list... when it is any more than 180 words firefox tends to freeze when executing the script

yeah, but it doesn't format as nicely. (double line breaks after each letter-pair change)
paste into 5 columns; fix the 1st word which skews; then add a blank column after the word... type in formula +($B1,2) and copy that down the list... then just copy and paste into profile
formula =($B1,2) sorry...
for Excel 2007 I use formula =CONCATENATE(MID(B1|1|2)|C1|"/"|D1)
that is more complicated than I know ... other is for us juvies :~)
(the | is because I use it as a seperator -- it is usually a comma)

He says this part of New Jersey is quite good on transportation and other options; the visiting nurse association is one he knows well (when my mom died in 1973 he donated all her clothes to them, quite a collection)

Right, Jill; we met with the social worker before he left rehab, and it's all covered (he has Medicare plus supplemental insurance through his former employer)
Well, I meant the visiting nurse agency also should have a social worker to work thru his needs when you leave.

We were told (when DH came home from rehab) to get one of those alert buttons (the "Help I've fallen and can't get up!" things. However; I rigged up a small purse-like device for him to carry a cordless phone in; so he wore that around his neck and saved $50/ month too.

My dad refused to even consider such a thing, although he does carry his cell phone with him.
My mom won't do either. grrrrr.
And the only devices he wanted were a walker and a reacher.
Works well when you have good cell service, out here in Montana my Mom doesn't so she has the life alert button...*sigh*
the visiting nurses, social workers, and therapists that DH had last summer all had laptops that they charted with and he had to sign each time they came... it was a pretty neat system
Nothing for the bathroom (he's already used the toilet, so that's ok; we'll see about the shower).
He even went downstairs already! Going down was ok; coming back up was a bigger chore, but he did it.
Don't think he'll want to do that often, though.

The therapist will make suggestions on bathroom; no throw rugs..also grab bars and tub chiar..my mom thru a FIT but now just adores the equipment...

I need to get a life alert for myself....since moving in with my Mom, I have fallen down the stairs twice!!!
Doesn't want a tub chair. Doesn't want grab bars. And it's an old tub with seating areas on the side so the chair may not be necessary. We'll see.

I kept telling DH that they are "assistive devices" and that he wears glasses as assistive devices too. It helped a lot when he thought of it that way
Sometimes a gentle reminder that a safety device (like a seat belt) is important as the LAST thing he needs is another fall!!

His stairs only have a single rail (wall on the other side - they're all enclosed). Was ok until he got to the landing at the bottom; then it's a 90 degree turn (two choices, can go either way) with no rails. So that last bit was a little tough.

wasn't sure if I'd be back online, what with my dad coming home and all - but he's napping in his chair.
That is so cool UU. My mother's best friend was engaged to her high school BF, but their parents broke it up bec. they were too young. They each married others, divorced & then got back together. They are in their 80s & still sooo in love.
at monas wedding was the first time in 5 years that all my kids and grandkids were together. and the photographer stunk so we dont have good photos. i am so bummed out.

well god willing we will get together again sooner than 5 years more, but well, e veryone is doing his own thing and living all over the place. not easy. and it is not easy traveling with a bunch of small kids either.
what counts most is they are all healthy and doing well. and i am so proud of everyone.

crossy has simmered pork chops in cream of shroom soup and added,apple chunks,mustard,honey,onions and secret hobo spices and it has been burbling on the slow cooker all afternoon and i am going to serve it with thick slabs of buttered crusty itallian loaf and a nice salad:)

crossy,s slow cooker pulled pork/chicken in spicy red sauce or creamy white sauce: ingredients; 2 pounds of pork or chicken 3 cans of diet cream of mushroom soup OR 1 bottle of heinz chilli sauce 1 can of tomato paste(with the red sauce version only) 2 apples(peeled and diced) 1/4 tsp chopped garlic 1 chopped green onion 1/3 cup mustard 1/3 cup honey dash of pepper dash of sea salt 1 large sweet onion cut into rings prep: cut onion and lay rings in bottom of slow cooker,next add frozen fresh chops or boneless skinless chicken breast sauce: mix soup, honey,green onions, 1 can of milk,pepper salt,mustard,garlic and pour over chicken obversly mix chilli sauce,chops,tomato paste,onions,hiney ,mustard and add to chops and pour over chops with either choice,diced apples should be added lastly if you like it zingy add 1/4-1/2 tsp chilli powder to red sauce mix and your fav hot spice to white sauce mix cook it all in slow cooker on low for 6-7 hours and if you do not pull it,searve as a stew with crusty itallian loaf or pull it by using 2 forks and seperating the meat by pulling the forks in opposite diretions on the meat and serve on fresh onion buns add a salad and yer done;))

The object of my exercise most times now is to find out how to sleep as well as I once used to pre The Menopause, i.e. no night sweats, no weird dreams etc. I tried plain, unsweetened soya milk the other night, as recommended by my mother. I don't know if it worked or not, since it was a very cold night. I didn't sweat, I couldn't even get the cold from the marrow of my bones by hugging my Other Half AND a hot water bottle. I didn't dream, weird or otherwise, because I couldn't sleep because I was so cold! *sigh*
But, like my daughter, it seems soya doesn't agree with my innards. So, I had to get up about an hour after I'd gone to bed.

Thre are only 4 i words. The first is io + what day it is. The second refers to electrically charged particles. The 3rd is a heavy metal and the 4th is the plural of that.
Failing that, see the last 2 words are ir4 - what you do to smoothe laundered clothes and the ir5 as the verb form of that.

I found that when I was unemployed and looking for a job 6 years ago...everyone wanted a degree; work experienced was, well, not very appreciated
He keeps saying he's not sure what he wants to pursue....well he sure sounds like me...but I had a job
...although I can't figure out how 25 years (at that time) was not equivalent to a degree
Now it's all about how little can they pay you....
He's still young enough to have the ability to focus on a career path...I think we're in the era where we almost take what we can get! :/
When I went into nursing school, "they" all told me to go for my bachelors, that it soon would be 'entry level'....31 years later it has never made any difference except twice, once I made 10 cents more and one job required it...
My program offers Graduate Teaching Fellowships to all of our incoming student (includes full tuition waiver and monthly stipend)
