I am using Calorie Count online to track my daily calories / nutrition / activities. Food wise I am making good, thoughtful choices based on dieting in the past. For supplements, I am using Arbonne products. They have a great fizzing beverage that burns calories, curbs hunger and boosts metabolism, which definitely takes me through the afternoon slump.

my old lab (13 next month) has lumps and bumps all over her body - she is getting very thin now so the lumps are very noticable. I hate to see her failing like she is but no pain yet so we will love her as long as we can.

it boggled my mind that he actually liked me!
