stid, we saw the specialist yesterday and he has devised a very complex op for nicky- It involves breaking her arm and rotating the top part of her arm and also putting in a half shoulder replacement with tightening of some muscles and removal of bone spurs and rubbish- he and another big wig ortho are dooing it together
