Yes, westford - you have to click on the tiles to drag them into place, in Literati - and you can click the letters in Word Racer too, although I just type them in and tap 'Enter' with my pinky finger - much faster. You still have to click with your mouse in the slot where you enter the words though, to ensure your cursor is there, before entering them . . .

Are the fosters often the rescued sort? I read that Rascal was kicked..(which is horrifying). I just don't understand the huan capability for animal abuse/neglect/replacement. Emma is certainly not replacable.

All of them are rescues of some sort or another. Rascal's actually the second dog i've taken home because the owner didn't want to fix the broken leg. about half of them that i take home are stray/abandoned, the other half are released by owner.

I've seen too many animals dumped while pregnant or injured...or the kittens dumped because they were unwanted. Many of my familys cats have come from situations like that. It's sad to see.

I'm thinking the leg is going to have to be amputated. I've been calling around for estimates but I don't have any money. There is so much nerve damage that he doesn't appear to be in any pain but it's an open wound and raw. It costs money to take him the humane society. I'm trying to find a no kill shelter.

mag- talk to your et - maybe several- talk to everyone you know or can think of- someone wil come up with something- there is an organization in cleveland (friends of animals) they help with spaying and shots the may be one near you
find a vet clinic that takes payments, or apply for care credit (medical/vet/dental credit card that doesn't charge interest if you payback within the grace period)
My American friends have aways used local programs that somehow co-pay with you if you are of a low income somehow. I don't know much more about it at all, but maybe if you spoje to local vets and shelters they could make suggestions?
