Her arm was all bruised by the time I got there; she refuses hospitalization and he finally agreed with her (unfortunately)

depends on who is doing it BR. I had kids with "learning disabilities" and never knew it for for years. I just thot they learned in a different way and it was my job to help them find out how they learned best.
Now I do that for other kids and get paid for it!
I don't care about what the label is, just who the person is but a lot of their parents want labels so they can apply for funding
