TK, on Fridays the icons can be a clue to the grid, otherwise they may follow a theme, and some ignore all that and just ppost what they want -- but they lead you to a profile of the player

well done, muse
thanks Jilli, I still try that word in case Enable updated its word base.
wow muse, I'm not even 1/4 down
the latest version of enable probably includes it
what latest version, ata?
has enable updated?
I am stopping at 115 words and 1339 points.Bye to all
there's certainly versions after the one babble uses
well done, min!
Goodnight to my fellow babblers!I'll see you tomorrow

These big puzzles are beginning to feel just like a heat wave. Ever notice that? LOL!
Here you are, Hobbit -- go fetch! (squish)
here it is Ata, greens from the ocean
*squish*!!
gah. who calls me right after the flip? I swear!
how wonderful!! thank you jilli and flosey! and ren! and now I swear Hobbit knows we've been talking about her as she's started bouncing
ata, these things are common on the Pacific Northwest coast and that day I went for a swin in the sea and came across one floating
ahahaha, here we are thinking you're 10 words from finishing!
Jilli, you'll be pleased to know the french monk is present, but moreso that I remembered
merci, Pav, mon vieux
so now back to my pretty Little Darling rose...

i ws thinking the same thing jilli!
they look like the same kind as mine, ren
well, I hope they work ren, be well
ca 7 x 4
feeling well - lotz of well wishes from my friends here - i just loves youse guys
ren WILL be well -- she's getting great care
Jilli, do you just take a cutting from a rose and stick it in the garden?
that's what Boodie said she had done with this variety!
I've heard of it being done but never tried it
ah, perhaps just certain ones?
I know nothing about roses except that I like them
me too, we started a rose garden and they all have names - family and dear friends
flosey, your garden is something very special
pa 6 x 2
this is my Mom's rose
jili your roses remind me of my grandma's garden; she especially liked the color you are displaying
yeay! I'm > halfway!
wtg pav
wtg Pav
flosey, that looks much like mine too
wtg pav :)
dee, I think this one is a version of an old-fasioned rose. It's a shrub rose, lots of blooms all season
that's a beautiful rose too flosey. i grew talisman. mirandies, and cardinals in texas. have not started a rose garden here. my mom taught me house to plant from cuttings.
yes, a bit but your's is a much fuller rose
don't you think graper (one who cares for gr..) should be a word
absolutely, dee!
and ty for the gr5, btw
makes as much sense as others I have seen :)
and thanks dee, didn't have that
I think the talisman rose is one of my very favorites
yw jili
must check on talisman roses...
and gr 7 gili for more gr 5...
wouldn't have thought of that Dee, thanks
omg, dee!
I wish roses would grow along a brick wall with little sun, then I could learn how to do it ... I feel deprived.
my monkey found that one flosey lol yw
ditto that muse... our trees shade our planting area too much now :( makes me sad... would love to "whack down" those trees...
yes, muse, that's my worry -- that I don't have the right sun for the Little Darling
but your garden is so lush jilli, can't imagine it not doing well
you should both develop an outside "sunlamp" for roses :)
would that work for a skysc****** Dee?
flosey, I'm told roses need full sun and my sunniest spots are full of other things
lol prob not muse
ah yes, your garden is quite full - and beautifully so
I have thought of trying that btw Dee for some other plants.
I get a lot of shade and the lushness is because of top dressing and an irrigation system
well worth the work involved jilli
our "baby" trees have all grown into monsters; I really miss my direct hot sun...
I take very little credit for my garden -- Nicola gets the full amount
oh well, must force myself to sleep. Yoga in am, then have to start packing my son's things for college, who seems to think it can be done in 5 minutes. Typical male response.
teach him to pack, muse!
my talisman only had morning sun and my mirandies and caridnals had full sun
He has the summer things packed jilli. He's just not thinking of change of weather items, first aid stuff, etc.
lol muse our daughter did that also her 2nd year... her first year she started packing the day she graduated from high school lol
nice to know ren
you can send him care packages ;)
yes, that's heartening, ren
Oh, another big one I'll never finish...best not to start.
hello shivs
That's true Jilli; and whatever he forgot we can bring first parents weekend next month.
Hiya jillibus.
hey shiv
muse, that way he'll learn to Be Prepared
my mom originally fed her roses real blood...rather than blood meal. then the hospital quit giving her the blood....sounds like a movie plot
hi
ye gods, ren!
hi kyo
I have oa 4; om 4 and om 5 from o in 5th column... any idea what I am missing?
ok 90 left for me and my eyers are drooping...
Good night all ... (((Ren))) lots of love and healing to you. LOL! You just keep me laughing.

I don't even have nbt, flosey, and far from halfway
still looking for it here...

I don't have that R, josh, or the bottom left O, which I know is a long one
These puzzles are tough...wonder if I'll ever finish one.
i only have a 4 for that o
cr 7/36 stupid word... more cr 5/14 (the french food)
I opened Lickety's list early jilli
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>PB>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>b ed
shivs, do you know about Lickety's list and morewords?
wow, look at all the cas, don't have any
I always do, flosey
Yes, jillibus...learned about them when I first tried this.
I keep hoping to finish one on my own...doubt I will.
but now must to bed, before head exploded
dee, I bet my neck is cr7 than yours!
LOL doubtful... good one
a lot do Shivs, the only time I do is when Lickety's list isn't available
if in doubt add ier to anything today...
I've heard about you, jillibus. You are connected to a friend of ours? He said he knows you from here.
this is also very helpful and useful... http://www.andrewbuchan.co.uk/babble/
I am checking his list, to find you.
shivs, I've never finished a biggie listless -- maybe once or twice a tiny one, with lots of help from geniuses like volleymomdee
I think so, shiv -- wondered aout that when I read your bio
yipes not a genius here... just tenacious... dart, anike, angel... they are the true geniuses
I'd never finish without morewords and lots of time to waste
Yes I see you I think, Jill?
If you're in Salt Spring Island, BC, then I've found you.
but you will get better and better as you play shivs
Yes indeed, shiv :)
LOL, you have an invitation.
in the beginning jili and just were my best encouragers :)
will reply when it arrives, shivs
I think it goes to your Yahoo! Mail.
golly, dee, you've certainly surpassed me!
Any I'm sent do.
Sorry VolleymomDee...I hope so!
I'll have a look, but sometimes that's announced in my regular mail
you are really great at knowing definitions, usage, etc.... jili... respect all of your knowledge and great info you put with your icons
new word pe 7/40
I should put up a photo of my mum.
shivs -- I just goofed -- wanted to accept and clicked the x which made it Ignored -- please try again!
I'm grateful she's still with us! She was diagnosed with the beginning stages of emphysema a few years ago and quit her smoking on the spot, as soon as the doctor told her. She threw her cigarettes in the bin in the exam room and never touched another one. That's probably why she's still here. She was a heavy smoker for most of her adult life!
Oh okay I'll do it again, Jill.
Just sent another...hope you get it?
I hope it's not Igonred, shivs!
What do you mean?
I had got one from Fauxmage earlier
Oh that's Laura...do you know her?
I mean when I clicked on the x to Accept it apparently was the wrong thing to do and up came Ignored, with block this underneath, so I hope your next invitation will come through.
It should, as long as you didn't block me?
I don't relly know Laura, only through our mutual friend (everyody here knows him too)
Or you can go to my page and send me one?
http://profiles.yahoo.com/shivsfitz
I didn't intend to block you and didn't click on that
It should work then.
Laura is pro on here now so you will probably get to know her.
fireworks
She is a lot of fun. :o)
may I help anyone before I poof? want to try to get some rest and make it to church :)
I need all the help in the world, LOL.
I only have 78 words found...I'm lousy at this.
that is really good for a beginner
well all I wish you a great day / eve... hugs & *poof*
Bye, Dee.
And thanks.
OK, shivs, we're connected. Two of your invitations arrived -- the first one was "rejected" but the second one worked. Howdy!
I was just going to say that, Jill...see you in my list now.
LOL, howdy yourself!
Now you can read my page and see my connections, etc.
YAY for dee!!! Sorry she's *poofed*
My silly friends and family...just don't look at Phil, he is a real freak, LOL.
Shivs, I haven't filled in my Yahoo page properly yet -- will do eventually
You can see more of my stuff here in the Flickr pix
I see. Did you know you can move the updates module over into the right side of your page so it's out of the way and doesn't push the rest of the content down so far? Put your cursor on the top of it until it changes to four black arrows, then hold down your left mouse button while dragging it over and release.
I have done it on my own page, if you want to see.
JC told me about that and I tried it but it didn't work. I didn't see four black arrows, though -- will try again but now it's just about bedtime here...
Oh, am I here?
Weird... Babble suddenly stopped working for me so I closed it and tried to open it in a new window, but it wouldn't load up. Now it's here!
And time I was moving...and getting breakfast on for everyone.
mine froze up too. its been very slow to accept input tonight
Just tried again and no go -- maybe Firefox won't do it?
Oh so it's not just me then?
Firefox won't do what?
Let me drag the updates to the right
i'm in firefox..there is a newer version of firefox. maybe that's the trouble?
Oh it should, because that's what I use and it worked.
beats me
I know one of my two brothers who are on there uses it as well and it worked for him too.
I'll try again -- mybe I didn't do it right...
Just move the mouse cursor to the top part of the updates module, slowly. It should turn into a little image with four black arrows...that's when you hold down the left mouse button and drag the module.
You want to move it to the very top of that module.
which top part? the tab which says Updates?
The updates module, that entire "box" if you like.
Just move it to right above the word "Updates." Does it change then?
Come on over and show me, lol!
I wish I could!
Long flight, LOL.
All I get is the hand in either place where the word Updates shows
I don't understand that.
I wish I could sign into that account and fix it for you!
I don't like the way Yahoo! set up that layout.
Aha! Got it -- I was working on the Updates page, not the Profile page. Fixed now.
Oh, LOL. Good, it will be a lot better now!
Not crazy about the site at all so far.
No. They had a better one they got rid of, to replace it with that!! :o(
In the profile, very restricted choices. No way to indicate Widow, fer hevvins sake
I posted on your page when I thought Babble wasn't working.
I saw that post, Shivs!
Oh yes, Jill. I know. What if you are divorced and in a relationship as I am? You can't pick both, only one or the other.
I had entered a lot in Interests but must have missed saving it because it all disappeared.
That's frustrating!
Well, asll I could say was "complicated"
Another "fun" trick is people have kept disappearing off one another's lists lately, LOL.
So I make a note of how many are on mine, to see if the number decreases. Then I look to see who has vanished so I can readd them.
Yes that's silly isn't it, Jill? As if being widowed is complicated.
Oh well, I'll get around to fixing things eventually and at least it's functioning now -- I'll keep track of the connections, not that I expect many. I have tons on Facebook, where the babblers are (mostly)
Oh I'm on Facebook, but I hate it and only use it for connecting with my Uni alumni. I do not add anyone who isn't from there.
I could say Single, I guess, but that's not quite right.
I use my maiden name on there, so they can find me.
I only have it at all because they all use it and it's the only way to connect with them.
I know, it's not right.
I really only use Facebook for Lexulous and seeing what the family is up to. There have been some lovely photos posted of them lately -- they're summering a long way from here
Oh I play Scrabble on Lexulous...on their website. You do not need to use Facebook to do that.
we're not getting very far with babble just now, are we!
A few of us do.
LOL no, but I know I won't anyway.
I'm not very good at this!
I know, but there's a babble group doing Lexulous on Facebook and it started as Scrabulous
Although I keep finding words I didn't know by guessing!
Trying things.
Oh you will be good at babble -- these grids have been monstrous -- but then some of the small ones seem to be full of words in Klingon.
It's funny how many small and obvious words I am still finding. I look for bigger ones and overlook those.
yeasa, that's called monkeying.
Now -- I must go to bed, and you said you were making breakfast for the gang -- what gang?
Klingon? Surely that can't be as bad as Welsh, LOL. We have a Welsh friend who enjoys posing in that language on our pages, to drive us 'round the twist on a regular basis!! :oP
Watch out for him on Yahoo!, Jill.
We get a few Welsh words in babble, like cwms -- and there are a few Welsh players
Valleys, that means.
I know what it means -- used a picture as a Friday icon theme one time, when the theme is a Clue from the Grid
My brother and Steve (our Welsh friend) have been friends since they were teenagers. Steve is 50 now and my brother is 48.
I see.
so for whom are you making breakfast?
All of us, when everyone's finally up. Mum isn't yet, but the kids are.
You're living with your Mum, and how many kids?
Two, my daughter and son.
How old?
Daughter is 12, son is 8.
Pretty nice ages ;)
What for brekkie?
Well they'll have to be, as those are the ages they are.
Oh probably a tofu scramble, or some hot cereal...depends what severyone feels like. I don't care, as long as I get some food, LOL.
Possibly even pancakes.
Are you a vegan like Laura and JC?
I have to see what everyone decides.
Yes, certainly am.
As are my children, from birth.
You are too kind, cooking for all.
And one of my brothers is, also...he's just gone raw vegan and it's really helping his health.
He went to see a kinesiologist recently and learnt he's allergic to wheat and sensitive to sugar as well.
Oh my. I am so opposite!
I suspect that I might have the wheat sensitivity too.
But chacun à son gout
So, I'm trying to gather some good bread recipes using alternative grains.
Spelt, kamut, etc.
Well, whatever one can live with.
Stidmama is allergic to so many things too
Robbie Williams has a tattoo of that around his collarbone area..."Chacun a son gout." I don't have the accent handy.
Who is that?
Do you have a French keyboard?
Stid is a constant babbler but not often on at this hour. She's from Olympia, the capital of Wahington State, and is another friend of JC
I see!
No French keyboard -- there's an ascii code for the accents you can find inthe Windows Character Map.
I never remember all the codes, LOL.
à is Alt + 0224
Oh, thanks. And accent grave?
I've made a list of the useful ones
Oh that is grave...don't mind me.
Acute?
Actually you need to know the codes for the a and e letters with either accent...too much to remember!
Alt + 0225, but who uses á ? I needed them ecause when I lived in Quebec I did some translation into French (I'm not fluent)
As I said, I don't remember them -- I made a list. I needed some um;auts and such too, for some German translation. All to do with Great Danes.
I see. I'm not fluent either, but did study French and German in school and university. Julian speaks German quite well, as he has some German background on both sides of his family.
One of my brothers took a course in Russian...there's an interesting and difficult language!
And he still can't speak it conversationally, LOL. He can sing a song in Russian though, so well you would think he spoke it to hear him.
I don't speak German at all, but my British mother was fluent (long story). My translation was tedious but fun -- legal size lined pages, german 3 lines down, translated words above in german grammatical order, English grammar above that. German-Englsih dictionary at hand, obviously.
Great Danes?
Sounds tedious!
A lot of work!
We bred (very limited basis) and showed Danes for several years in the US and Canada.
Oh!
That's why I see one in your photos!
See my Flickr pix.
You see more than one if you go thorugh them all
I did see it...beautiful dog.
Okay, thanks.
And you can see the cover of my book, which is the result of all that german translation
I am at your Flickr page now. Which set is the book cover in?
I've got to go to bed!!!
Oh, Danes. I see it.
I did the drawing of the bigger head on the cover and a couple of others in the book
Glenda did a find job on that chair?
Fine...typo.
Wow... you are quite an artist!
Glenda wasn't the only one
Danes don't usually live past 11 or 12?
No, that chair looks like it's been chewed by a pack of them, LOL.
they don't usually live even that long
How sad...I knew they didn't live as long as smaller dogs, but didn't realise their lifespan was that short.
short and so sweet
Heartbreaking! :o( I get very attached to pets.
Lani was beautiful...love brindle coats.
Me too, and now I'm getting too atached to my neighbours' cat. I've been looking after her for two months while they're away -- they return on Thursday and i hope she will still come and visit
Sorry about the typos (tired)
Awww... she must be a sweet one?
How does Lois get the spoon to stick to her nose?
god only knows -- she just puts it there
it's a great talent
That's it ?
Yes... I've always wished I had a special talent, LOL.
yep
That defies the laws of physics and gravity!!
She is talented!
I have no talent... it's so unfair.
I dunno -- maybe she breathes on it first or something
This is the 235th day of the year, with 130 days remaining in 2009.
One of my brothers got all the talent in our family and the rest of us have none! Selfish git he is, taking it all.
what are you doing up at this hour, babrab?
She must have very sticky breath!
of course you have talent, shivs
checking how many days are left in this year
oh silly me, that's important, babrab
I do, Jill? What is it then please, because I would like to know?
Yes it is, important enough to get out of bed for!
making tasty breakfasts for a family, for starters, shivs
I don't think that's talent, Jill. Anyone can do it!
I can't.
Mum is finally surfacing, I hear.
You can't cook?
I shrivel at the thought of coping with meals for a bunch
I am very talented at forgetting
I can cook, but it's painful
If forgetfulness is a talent then I'm very gifted as well!
that's useful at times, bebrab
Then stop burning yourself, Jill.
it is! There are lots of things I'd rather forget, LOL!
lol, shivs
In recent years with increasing frequency I will walk into another room to get or do something, then by the time I get there I totally forget why I went.
Welcome to the club -- I do that all the time and have done so for years.
phantom: rodomontade
Have to go back to where I came from and start all over
yes indeed, BR!
I will need to start chanting my reason for going into that other room over and over like a mantra, until I achieve what I'm going in there for, LOL.
I generally forget where I came from
Silly you!
Where do you come from, BabbleRabble?
Watch him say "I forget."
He's forgotten
but of course, I have never understood why I was here in the first place
Do any of us understand why we're here?
Not a clue
Other than because I live here (in this particular place).
I am able to speak only for myself
Okay...off to do kitchen duty.
Nice to meet you both and thanks for connecting, Jill.
I still have to clean up the supper dishes and GO to BED!
See you again! :o)
No, leave them!
They will still be there in the morning, LOL.
jilli?
A pleasure, shivs -- a la prochaine (sans accents)
You may need a blowtorch to get them clean by then, but still.
yes, BR?
why don't you clean up the supper dishes and go to bed?
Until next time, yes Jill.
I understand, sans accents.
OK, BR, obedient as always :)
I hope the sandman will be kind
LOL, I wish my children were as obedient!
I hope you'll have some company here before long
Sandman? Will he sandblast Jill's dishes clean for her?
poor dishes!
LOL, I know.
I forgot what the sandman is about ... ah gee
I had better be about making breakfast!
So bye bye for now!
Be in touch on Yahoo! Jill, talk to you again!
be well
Makes your eyes all prickly and sleepy
Night all -- take care
And you, BabbleRabble...and you too of course, Jill.
evening all :))
hello MRP and everyone else
Hello lynxx and everyone else.
helllllooooo again
Hello Ata - all rested?
hi Ata, welcome back!
not really! been out with the Hobbit for a while, had a lovely refreshing walk on the beach
so that helped
Hobbit will have been pleased - back to the normal routine.
she boinged for England
I can imagine!
make that Europe!
She has forgiven you quickly then? No hard feelngs
she never does - it's an immediate fling and cling and wiggling
and Sily?
she managed to be stand offish for about 3 minutes
So, what plans do you have now that you're back?
work out how to get the US to let me go over to stay!
That'll take some imagination.
They're not best pleased with Britain at the minute because of the Libya thing.
morning all...been on holiday ata?
Good morning rolin.
yep, been in Oregon for a while
hi Rolin
makes up for Britain disliking the US slagging off the NHS!
im myet to get to the states...but i will..i want to be in new england for autumn...to see the colours
oh well now the nhs thing has been overtaken by the lockerie outrage
I haven't poofed yet
is this grid hard or am Ijust too tired?
I know! And frankly, the whole treat terrorists like terrorists thing is taken with a pinch of salt over here when you consider the whole IRA perspective. But that's another story.
hi Jilli
I hope we weren't monopolising the chat
ive just started lynxxx...so im still in the first flush of success
Hello jillibus.
Ata -- what did Hobbit find on the beach?
haz...it really is a sense of perspective isnt it?
crabs!
It is. I appreciate the feelings of the US, I really do, but it seems a bit hypocritical when they were terribly keen for us all to forgive and forget over here.
mmm, tasty -- goog Hobbit
good
well...stress and crisis bring out the best in some people and the not so good in others
I think this is a hard grid but then I'm tired too and wish you all a happy babbletime
goodnite Jilli, sleep well
I always get surprised over there at how many people love England
and indeed...i better get out picnic under way... im off to watch the aussies score the highest fourth innings in history to save the ashes...lol
Anyway, I must head off and will tackle the rest of the grid and all world peace problems later. Bye for now and goodnight jillibus.
Byee!
bye Rolin, Haz
bye dear!
as for the current events, the lies told by the Republicans about the Canadian health care system are beyond belief -- and that was a cutie about Stephen Hawking
you can hope!
Bye everyone!
*poof*

Hi Phaeton and Sprite

Hi flosey

flosey, thank you...for the on 7 and hi...William is a sweetie
ty annie - so's the big guy
You are a lucky woman
but yes, William is such a dear, and he's smiling now
I am indeed Annie, truly blessed
And they are lucky to have you, flo
why thank you Annie, how sweet you are
How is Sandy coming along?
she's really amazing Annie, always has been very health conscious - careful what she ate, etc, and so is bouncing back very nicely
So glad to hear that
ty, and now I don't mind admitting, we were all very shocked and frightened
When you do not expect a problem and it arises especially during childbirth it is very frightening but thank God all ended well for both mother and child. Just so unexpected.
her hubby is a pretty amazing guy Annie - right from the beginning he's done as much, if not more, with William - he gave him his first bath - or should say shower
and William loved it
Fathers are much more hands-on these days as they should be. We are of another generation and when we see fathers being a hands-on parent we give them loads of praise. William getting to know his Daddy from the very beginning. Wonderful.
would you believe he took William on a 2 hour hike when he was 3 weeks old - strapped to him in one of those swaddling bands
se
flo, He is going to be a fantastic Dad. No wonder William is smiling.
they are both so grateful to have W
So happy for them.

hi all. jumping in
Hello Dorens.
oh my. watching the news and someone's surname is actually squirrel.
we had fireworks just 1 minute before the puzzle fliped and can I get a hint? or8/40
or8 - comparatively stubborn and contrary
hi haz. funny book titles
Glad you like them, Dorens - some were suggestions from babblers themselves.
oh that's good to hear..i can think of one or two that i hope were that case
I know, trying hard not to step on toes.
i don't know anything about formula 1 except it is a type of racing
:-)
maybe it's a good thing that not enough about me is known for anyone to suggest a title for me
It's driving very fast, that's all I know! You've talked about not being too fond of driving.
You're a woman of international mystery, Dorens.
"The Art of Casual Disarrangement of Paws" by Spangle
i think i would make a better typing instructor. or keyboarding, as it's now known
hi ata!
Hello Ata! or 'Leave your paws alone' by Spangle.
yes, that's better!
oh owl, we all (speaking for myself in particular) rush at keyboard and make mistakes.. well, maybe not all, hello ata
"Don't touch that dead thing!" by Hobbit
ata you have returned recently to a happy hobbit?
very recently, VERY happy!
well sun is out, a sure sign we will soon have a storm. area has had av of 5 3/4 in this month
You've had a run of bad weather, TO.
yes we have sun now too owl.. Ken just asked me to join him and the boys at the pool, but I don't trust it... he's done that the last two days and averaged 16 minutes before the thunder
right now i have ants in the kitchen drviing me around the bend. put out traps that were highly recommended. i am supposed to be seeing tons of them gogin for the traps by now. nothing.
England wins Ashes!
YAYYYYYYYY
i think there will be some rain here but i don't think we will have a storm.
haven't had much luck with traps either owl. have you tried the borax route?
Poor rolin.
woohoo
the traps are supposed to have borax with sugar syrup.
so how does one use borax mixed with sugar?
Hiya, Babblerth! TO - those ants will take the bait when you are not looking. So, stop looking!
Hello Judi!
Those ant traps take time to work, they attract the ants so at first it looks like they're not working. I find they do after a while, once they all take the poison back to the nest.
hey judi! passing your way now every monday and friday
i am no ant expert for sure... have spread some sort of chemical stuff around the foundation on the outside of the house... only thing that seems to have worked, but don't like poison
Well, howdilly doo, TO.
i used poison outside. but they are inside because of rain. infestation seems too large to handle alone
No I can't spread poison around on the ground because of our dog and cat.
Try more than one ant trap if needed, they work but it does take some time.
my outside cat has never been interested in it, shivs, for what it's worth
I don't think our animals would be, but I worry if they stepped in it then licked their paws they might be affected by it.
Perhaps you could rent an anteater from the local zoo, TO?
i bought six, put three out. they are coning from behind the backsplash. can't caulk until i kill them
Then you would have aardvark droppings to clean up.
understandable... i'm just banking on the thought that I've never seen Lucy along the border of the house, and hope that counts for something. i like the anteater idea though
good point shiv.
Got some traps under the sink?
Oh what a pain. You could put some poison spray down behind the backsplash, that might take care of it.
no. i am afriad to look there.
then just shove them in without looking
Those anteaters from the zoo are probably too domesticated. They'll have lost the hunting instinct.
LOL. That's probably where they're coming from. Up the pipes from outside. Just open the cupboard and chuck in a trap... then run.
ok. time to go finish up. will try not to drive again on four hours sleep
antlions are fi6
shiv if you know of any body here in yorkshire you can buy ant traps from yorkshire trading company they really do work
must finish chores early. happy babbling.
See you later, TO.
later owler
Thanks demouse, but I'm not the one with the ant problem.
had ants in my pantry put one down overnight and they had gone by morning
oh ok
thanks ata, didn't have
Wow demouse, never seen ant traps work that quickly!
Send some of those to 72 Temple Owl!
and they were safe to use near my dog too
lol
hah! just looked down and see an ant next to me... did owl send him here?
mm..might give it a try today most have been 400 word monsters of late:(
hi everyone, back again (thought that would take a minute - oh well, an hour later!
howdy flo
Hello cross and flosey.

opps
That ant has unnerved you, Dorens.
Hi all. How are you?
indeed, haz
Hello, redT
Hello red.
Hiya, Red!
thanks anyway Dorens
well, i'm clearly unnerved red, how are you?
very nice icon BR. I am not unnerved,
a little disorganized and under motivated.
ah, welcome to my world, red, except i am a LOT disorganized
WHy are you unnerved Dorens?
that's a joke, actually.. haz is referring to an ant that was next to my computer earlier... not really unnerved at all, thanks
Nice royal coffeemaker, Red. However, I'm unaware of any royals willing to be baristas in the PB. Any volunteers?
will volunteer my son david, who introduced me to babble, is a barista nonpareil at 1369 coffehouse in camabridge when not in school, and never babbles anymore
hello all you babblers....i'll volunteer judi, spend so much time there, might as well make myself useful
I figured the Cabana boys could be trained to handle both duties...
But David Dorens would be fine....
need to reserve cabana boys for their primary function!
Which is bring us fancy drinks...
?
Perfect, Dorens. The cabana boys are only seasonal. I think they have a union,.
oh i bet they do, judi.. with all the difficult conditions we expose them to
do they not also offer massage?
Oh My Union.... geeesh!
Plus, cabana boys in speedos should not be allowed to close to hot liquids.
*too* rather.
You know I dont know? I always thought the boys were for hot towels and drinks...
And where would we put the royal coffee maker? How about next to the rock climbing wall, under the orchid garden?
thought i noticed some raucous behavior there one late night, when i was sort of llurking
Lody, I didnt know we had all that in there...
What's that? You say you causes some raucous behavior???
*caused*
Yes, the PB has been expanded. Economic stimulous, dontcha know.
well, a boy has to make a buck, you know. (and i said nothing of causality, just lurking)
Geez louise. I can't type for crap today.
LOL. I found a dollar on the ground today. I figured god was just reminding me that he was taking care of me....
Good God. The neighbor is having a pool party and just started playing this really awful oom-pah music. I think I need to go exercise my right to bear arms.
wait, judi, maybe they have cabana boys!!
No such luck. With that music, I suspect dudes in goofy hats, shorts and leiderhosen.
oompahpah?
Think German beer garten, Dorens. Polka, etc.
oompahpah for sure!
join them for a polka judi, drink lots of beer. if you can't beat 'em......
You'll know they're Germans if there are towels on the sunloungers.
i think the oompahpah is the dead giveaway haz... not too many americans listen to that stuff!!!
Nine. Danka shein, anyway.
British people always accuse Germans of nabbing the best sunloungers on holiday.
"Whoopie John" Wilfahrt
Ha! You brits wouldn't know sun if it bit you in the arse! You need fog loungers.
Emphasis on holiday, Judi. Abroad where the sun shines and Brits flock in droves.
And then discover the Germans got there first.
You know I josh, Haz. I love all things British. Except maybe Mr. Bean.
I hate Mr Bean as well.
He's deeply unpleasant.
speaking of which haz, have you ever flocked to the south of france? my kids and i were toying with the idea of renting a house there next summer rather than martha's vineyard... know anything about it?
I much prefer the British publication of Country Living to the American version.
I've been to the south many years ago - very beautiful, but slightly pricy.
It would be worth investigating, Dorens.
any town you'd recommend? (it's my 60th birthdya celebration, and we decided to raid my inheritance... my dad would have approved enthusiastically)
It's been so long that I would hesitate to recommend a particular town. I stayed in Grasse, but there are bound to be lots of other places to stay.
Many of the resorts on the coast are full of beautiful people.
oh gosh, i hope they'll let me in
My husband's business partner visits south of France regularly - remind me to ask him where they go (they're away at the minute)
ok, i will try to remember that. to remind you. i am bad at remembering things like this. but thanks
A holiday in the South of France - good motivation!
yes, i should think so!
Off to do a bit of housework. May be back later, maybe not. TTFN! *Poof*
I must head to the kitchen, we're eating later than usual but need to get going. Happy babbling!
bye judi... i'm off too, managed to get down to 19 words without even realizing... back tonight to finish.. enjoy your day haz
Bye Dorens.
hubby just brought in 5 lbs. of beans to be blanched and frozen, 4 words to go!
as in that Oklahoma song A (insert farmer)'s life is not a nappy one!
hmmm, alone in the chatline?
no one to ask for clues?
That's it for me...kept working on it on and off but never going to finish.
Hi flosey; I just came in again and saw everyone leave
hi, flosey. i'm here ,but not much help. what do you need?
Hiya flosey and Nef...would need too many clues!
Aw Shivs, don't quit now?
and TraderKate, hiya.
I'll never finish this Nef!
how far along are you Shvs?
hi shivs
Hi Trader (sorry, just saw you now too
I only have 107 words, 123 left.
flosey, which 4 do you need?
what time is it there, Shivs?
aha, still some friends left! hi Shivs, Nef, Kate
down to 2 now, pe7 and pe6 after it
oh; don't feel bad. I have 180 left!
hi nef
but I have to get these beans in the freezer
Thanks for the email and link Nef!
babbler and horse command
have been staring at this grid all morning
I know I should be packing but hey babble and watching last night's x factor wins hands down!
A pe7 is a horse command?
4 wordz flo...finish one thing before starting another, my grandpa used to say
yw, Shivs
not getting those clues
right Kate - I put the water on to blanch the beans
NM babbler and horse command
TY BabRab. Morning all
looking for a list of all babblers...
That would be the Rankings page, TraderKate.
morning lynxxx
Unless there's any other list?
babbler = last pe4.5
aha, Fireworks - with many thanks to all cluers
congrats flosey
pe7/40 is concerning te orbits of planets or moons
Congrats Flosey!
now to those beans - I know I'll appreciate them come winter
Good going flosey, something I'll never get I fear!
be back tonight - and please, a smaller grid
congrats, flosey
Beans are great, flosey. We have them in a lot of dishes.
oh you will Shivs, just takes a bit of patience
flosey, I'm trying to work up the energy to make grape jams and jelly myself
these are the green and yellow string beans - also freezing favas
Beans on toast, LOL. You're just not British if you don't eat that.
good for you Nef, there again, you'll be glad of it come winter
I'm rebelling and having tomatoes on toast lol
That's baked beans in tomato sauce of course.
have had baked beans on toast Shivs, like that?
Yes, flosey...very traditional here.
Shivs, have you gone to licketies' list yet? It's okay to use it all of the time; once you become more comfy with Babble; THEN start setting ruloes about listing
Yes Nef, but I am trying to do without. Perhaps not such a good idea, LOL.
ah Katie, chopped fresh tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil and oil - on toast is marvellous
Mmmmm, fresh beans from the garden! Unfortunately, we have rabbits that ate all of our bean and pea plants. So none from our gardent this year
Oh I love sliced tomatoes on toast, KatieMcG! With an herb and black pepper sprinkle...mmmm!!
Oh and that yes, delicious, flosey!
oh now that sounds good, don't have basil though might just have them plain with salt. I only picked them today so hoping they will be good
ah, nothing better than fresh picked tomato - the taste of a good old fashioned tomato, so unlike the ones in the stores
congrats flosey, bye
Hi Nef and Katie and Shivs
Oh I fence in our vegetable patches, Nef. We also have a dog and cat who are out in the garden a lot so we don't get a lot of other animals visiting.
ty BR and nef
now must run, enjoy all and good luck
Our dog would chase anything like that...he's always on the lookout for squirrels and rabbits!
YUM!! My tomatoes are coming in nicely too! I ave at least a peck of them on the counter now; but am having a colonoscopy Tues, so no fresh fruit or veggies for me til afterwards! :-( (just a routine one, no reason for the scope other than being old
bye Flosey
Bye flosey! Have fun!
Oh nice, Nef...love tomatoes and we have a good crop of them this year as well. Glad to hear it's just a routine exam and nothing's wrong!
Our dog is dumb. He lets the rabbits sit where they are and tries to chase the squirrels on the power lines!
We have the baby cherry tomatoes, the little yellow pear tomatoes, and a whole bunch of the heirloom types this year: Great White, Golden Girl, Amish Paste, Cherokee Reds, Dark Prince, Zebra Striped (green), and several others that I can't remember names of
Those sliced on fresh toast, add some fresh basil and thin sliced Mozzarella+ pure bliss! :-D
No thanks to mozzarella or any cheese made from other mammals' milk, Nef. Basil though, oh yes!
damn this is hard
LOL, your dog ignores rabbits on the ground to go after animals out of reach?
no dairy for you Shivs?
ripe
Of course not, Nef. It's not good for us.
oops sorry, wrong window
Nor the cows that suffer horrible abuse in the dairy industry for no reason.
Soy and rice cheese is very good..."Sheeze," etc.
Right he's a really DUMB dog. He is about 10 years old, a little 11 pound Schitz-poo; and has always got by on his looks. I took him in when his previoous owners were going to put him down
They melt well now too, which they didn't at first. Everything gets improved upon.
Awww, he must be cute then with that cross?
I'm glad you rescued him Nef! Our dog and cat are as well, both from a local shelter.
Shivs, I've never heard of rice or soy cheeses. And having grown up in dairy country; I've never seen cows abused for their milk
hi, all, just finally got to the grid, and had all but one for NBT in a few minutes - any hints for the lone R in the 4th row?
rbud, I thin it might be a "re" word but not sure which one.
Nef: http://www.milksucks.com/
Especially the "For Animals" section.
Rosebud - re5.14 probably means putting up the ropes on sailing ships again
There's a lot of very good information there.
I'll check it out, Shivs. Are you vegan then? We've done some vegan meals
I have been trying a lot of re words, with no luck.
Yes I am, Nef...as are my two children, from birth.
One of my brothers is as well, for a long, long time.
Thanks for that clue lynxxx...got it.
I never thought the ca word for "arrived" could be pluralised, but apparently it can.
the ca is a noun
Shivs, I live in MN, not Calif. Growing up in NW MN, the cows often had it better than the farmers. I remember my Grandmother telling me that their barns were nicer than the farm houses and that she once told my grandfather that she wished that they could live as well as the cows did!
clue for re 5/14
that's the word that lynxxx clued before. re+ what you might call a truck or trailer if you're a trucker

Hooray for Jaia!
congrats, jaianniah
Ty! Ty! Lynxx, thanks for the clue!
the light just went on boon and rabble- thanks
back. Congrats Jaia!!! WTG!
sometimes the flash of light is so bright .......... i get a headache
I get those, too, sammy- it is called an aura, and comes before a migraine headache.
But in my case, my brain "makes" the flash of light itself
Shameful! I didn't see me6.21 before the list, a famous sheep here
Sorry Nef, if you messaged me since I last spoke. Been called away...kids, etc.
Lynxxes like to eat sheep!
:o(
i used to be able to see peoples auras when i ws a child . My daughter could also as a child.neiter of of us was aware thet it was unusual until we were told- htat we were "odd".
I see auras all the time.
there
did you ever see a person with a dark brown or black aura?- it is a VERY scary thing!!
yes, it is
there's 1 e word on the middle left. clue anyone?
It was the wool that was famous Jaia - big export at one time
er4.4 sea bird
One is a sword- both are ep - 4,7 and 7,44
lynxx is right on the bird
OMG must be blind today ty
or ee5.10 weird
I have an online contact who has a special type of photo taken of himself showing his aura, on his website.
some people i can see real well; others i don't
i am a bit worried about the answer, but what does a brown or black aura signify?
EVIL !!
If I see black spots, it might indicate illnesss in the area of the spots, like cancer of the liver or something- that I keep to myself
and this man was - i later learned that he was a child abuser and murderer.
Here's his website, Jaia: http://tinyurl.com/nl2odw
wow
Thanks shiv- that was cool, and looks exactly like what I see, only I do not see it that bright
hi everyone!
I think that type of photography makes it appear brighter?
sorry, now back again. Re: auras; I have had what the doctor called "visual migraines" and when I have them I see auras around people too. I've had some when I was at work (as an RN in ICU) and if the person had a light colored aura, they were doing okay; but I'd see dark ones (not black or brown; but quite dark --maybe grey or a deep dark color) they usually didn't do well or ould die soon.
hi nrkii
Hiya, nrkii.
Tis true, Nef!
How interesting, Nef! Auras can be photographed using a special type of photography Barry talks about in his website, so they certainly exist.
a psychic stopped me on the street last week and told me I had a very unusual yellow-gold aura
An energy field?
p
There are two books- Hands of Light and Light Emerging that explain auras in great detail...great healers books
I have no idea about the colour of mine.
that was after she asked me the time... so I'm not sure how strong her psychic skills were
Whoa, nrkii; what did you do?
Does the colour of one's aura change, Jaia?
I told her the time, and said, "Is that good?" in response to the aura thing. She told me I am a good friend and have a lot of strength.... that was the end of the conversation.
nrkii, maybe she stopped you and asked *because* of the aura?
That's what I was thinking, too
One of my brothers has delved into all this stuff quite a lot and even had a paranormal group on Yahoo! for a time.
perhaps, but I'm a bit more cynical than that... I think she doesn't wear a watch to her shop because people would wonder why a pscyhic would need a watch... I'm actually a reasonably solid believer in this stuff, but it still struck me as funny
I have to go for now though...see to things here.
Take care and bye for now!
bye shivs
clue for ro 6/21
okay, 28 to go, and MY psychic powers are not working on this grid
I once had a very confused and frightened little old lady in ICU who was screaming and carrying on about we were torturing her and she was going to die. I could see her aura was white and I told her that we were caring for her and she wouldn't die and she asked How did I know that. So I told her she had a white halo and that meant she'd live. She settled right down and went to sleep then! :-)
ro 6 21 ... one who wanders
I have to go, too, but all of you have a great day...email me if you have more questions about auras or anything like that...I am a Healer and a shaman
bye jai!
bye jai and Shivs
Bye! *poof!
Ok, I am back, after a nap. I think I may be doing too much at the gym....
hi red, why's that?
Because I keep falling asleep about one hour afterwards, maybe too tired...
how long are you at the gym and what are you doing while there?
Well, it sounds like a lot nef, but...
I run in the morning, then eat something, and about 2 hours later do a strength workout, about 30 minutes then I swim for 30-40 minutes....I should probably cut down on eof the activities.
are you "running on empty" with no food intake (sugar levels dropping from too much work?)
Oh no, I eat before I run, and after and sometimes during if its a long run.
just simple carbs?
No Protein. I'm very careful with food.
no, she's very good about her peanut butter and such
okay. Blows *my* theory then! :-)
red, possible you're dehydrated? that's what tires me out most
and it sneaks up on me
I think I just get tired. I drink a ton...
Its the getting up at 4 am...I may just need a nap.
well, there's that... lol
nothing wrong with naps... wish I could take them
but you are describing something like 2-3 hours of hard work. Tat alone (just thinking about it!) makes me tired! ;-)
I wish we had nap time at work for sure.
as it is, I can't get to sleep the last two weeks without ambien, or if I do, I don't get to sleep till after 3AM and I don't sleep well
nekii, I think you should start running!
uck, nrkii.
I start going to bed around 12:30, and at 2:30, I'm still wide awake
I have the opposite problem; I can fall asleep without any warning
I am similar Nef. I think its the nurse thing. I can also use the bathroom at any time, just because I never know when I might get a chance to do it again!
(My keyboard skills are sorely lacking today; sorry. Hope you understand what I'm saying HERE)
can anyone clue the pe7/40 plz? just can't get it.

hi
Zillion, if the letters are greyed out in the tile stats below the main grid; there aren't any words that start there
(unless Z's been here longer than 2 weeks, then no stats show below the grid anymore - until Z goes pro)
(at least I think that's how I remember it working)
Ahh! I didn't know that Pini. I think I liked the game so much I signed up so long ago and also right away
Me, too, Nef...isn't it nice to be among the assimilated!?!?!? LOL

The news is showing that track star who looks like a man but says she is a woman... I heard her talking on TV, she sounds like a man too
I think shes a man. From South Africa. She really sounds like one...
There is absolutely nothing about her that looks or sounds like a woman
TraderKate, I asked for Babble Expert at the same time you did and it was in my mailbox this morning. It shouldn't be long. It really helps a lot!
bring on the gender tests

I have had a busy day. Work from 10-1 and it was crazy. I sent 2 kids to the hospital, one by ambulance. I have been getting paged a lot while trying to stain and seal back deck and paint front deck.
It's quiet here, huh? Just the 2 of you.
ca6/24 right before the emotion?
BR is here too, and shirlock pops in
see?
Hello Shirlock and BR
that would be me popping :)
I hope the kids are okay.....
Well, I just dove in to this grid although I have no plans to finish. I just find it relaxing to search for words.
Both were admitted. One with a badly infected dog bite on calf. Other = pneumonia.
oh, dear....BTW, scrabb, I predict I will probably have MAJOR poison ivy issues in the next couple of days - I just wasn't as careful as I should have been today. silly me.
I am trying to figure out the ca word meaning emotion
Trif, quickly go buy a product like Technu or something similar--you can wash up to 8 hrs after exposure and it will remove the rhus oil. I bought some after my recent episode and washed all of my kayaking gear.
scrab your kids ?
I am a pediatrician, Kate
feh. I took a looong shower, that ought to do it.
oh makes sense. wondered how you would have had time to babble...you sounded so calm...
Well, I know that those 2 kids are receiving appropriate care at the children's hospital...and I Babble to maintain sanity. I love it here--great community.
ca...do you have the word before? it just needs an ending
I am still getting "intimate" with the grid. I'll see it soon, I bet
(to make ca6/24)
i live in a pretty dinky town, scrabbler - everything closes up right at 5 or 6 on a sunday, so I have no hope of finding technu anyway. Bummer
duh, so many versions of the c
does it work on the oil of skunk?
I live in the country but there is a WalMart Supercenter open 24 hrs about 10 miles away
I think it does--let me check the bottle

ca5-16 please. Thanks
appreciate any help on the last pr - it's pr 5,12 - I'm sure it's simple and I'm just missing it but am stuck.
it's Fresca, TraderKate {earth to TK, earth to TK}
ca5, stuff you load onto a truck
pr + the 1st number
ty shirl... never would have guessed. got the reverse of that though
I knew it was something so simple - thanks a million!!
lil monkey what's fresca?
fraces
Fresca is diet soda, tastes like grapefruit
Thanks a bunch, Book Doctor Gwen.
oops, very confused

thanks, lil, forgot the question...having trouble keeping up

anyone got a clue for the ar5 and second ca7/36 pls?
whoooo hooooo LUV!!
congrats, LuvWord!
hi gort! ar + writing instrument
ar 5 ar + writing instrument
wow luv. well done. how 'bout on 7 / 28?
ca7.36 short knee length pants + 1/2 hawaiian goose
lost in e's and r's again
oh, thanks lbd and luv
more cantankerous for the on7
on 7/28 take the r out of the or 8/40
on not or dawg, if i read you right
ooh clever clue lbd, got it, once i distinguished my hawaiian from my standard geese or as i thought, gooses
ca5-14 the 4th pllease. Thanks
same word, spelled slightly different, TK
ty both luv and dawg...another to look up later
now i need the ep7 and 4th ma4 (even though it pains me to ask for a 4, i'm buggered and need all the help i can get)
pls
ca5.14, fish + 3rd vowel
i didn't get that one gort, what was clue again? ----- + 1/2 goose
ma rhymes with one who snitches to the cops or a cop that works vice especially with drugs
ep7 think metric weight
Thanks again, lbdawger. I've been looking for that one for a long time.
trad, it was lbd's clue given at 8:27 (think hawaiian goose, not regular goose - it's a babblet)
ma 4/6 = matthew, ****, luke and john, but different last letter than usual
ca7 = a hat + a fruit, necta****
ep7 is a short witty poem, think oscar wilde
thanks again luv and lbd, got em
trad, go with rbud's clue - it's a bit clearer
't figured out what babblet is...can't get it from context
forget it, trad, go with rbud's clue at 8:33
8:27 fine, just was trying o/g/e instead of haw. version
babblet definition?
weenie word that appears often in babble, but people bash you up if you use it elsewhere
babblet is a word that shows up here regularly that is usually undefined, or just odd. hawaiian goose is one of many
yeah, what lbd said
okay, will try to avoid
can't avoid babblets, they're everywhere! lol
it's all right trad, it's just that where i come from, they only let you wax lyrical on hawaiian geese after you've bought several rounds of drinks
lol, gort
babblets: http://tinyurl.com/nf5ljx
Just for the record, this babbler will not be waxing any goose
doesn't sound like a bad thing gort...do they care about hawaiian geese in aussieland?
May I please have a clue for me6-21? Thanks
excellent way to remove pin feathers br
br babblet link noted, thanks
that list is good but incomplete -- you can add anoa, inia, unau, unai, emyd(e) -- all animals
me 6 -- sheep or wool or actress rita
and probably lots more :)
fireworks, by the way
Thanks much, BabbleRabble.
Well done Jilli.
thanks to cluers and Lickety and morewords
congrats, jilli
Congrats, jilli.
woohoo, jilli!!!
congrats, jil. and thanks....this is starting to sound like a job with all the side research req'd...not so much like amusement
just going to hunt up the next icon (for Pet Monday) and then get dinner and then come back to clue if needed -- can do a bit of clueing now too...
TK, some of us like the extra added attractions
nice for a diversion, if the grid doesn't take you 7 hrs. to complete. lots i would have looked up if not for time
have wracked brains and pillaged morewords, will now fling myself on mercy of vocab of other babblers
whooooo hooooo JILLI!!
I need 4 clues pls: last pi5 and last 3 re5s pls?
fi7-40 please. Thanks
last pi5 is pl of first pi4
plural the pi4.5 for the 5, gort
re+ cartogographer's product
fi 7/40 -- more ablaze
re+ not con
well clobber me with a potato cod, thanks lbd
re + ***or mortis
good clues, lbd!
ty, jilli
got the fi7, but how do you get the fi6?
pr6?
i think that last re5 is the most requested clue today.
the fi 6 is not related to the fi7 -- it's growly
intellectually wrestling with "not con"...
fi6 rhymes with what you might do to your earlobes to wear special earrings
OH! thwap.
thanks
hi all..7 left but cannot get the ep 7..help pleaseee
adolescent boys, dan
12 to go
tx lbd
gort -- not con = what you pay for here to go
ep7 -- e + oinker + boy sheep
Ep7 is a witty, short poem, think of oscar wilde. or ep* pen + short for grandmother is ****ma
thanks jilli and lbd, i bequeath to you both the splendour and satisfaction of these here fireworkds
whoooo hooooooo GORT!!!
YAY gort!!!
thank you, you're too kind
need the sc7 after the windshield ice tool
I bow to your excellence, gort

LOL gort!
odd indeed, dan2
duh, sorry clued the sc8 there
ma5 after teh girl horse?
ca 7/36 2nd one please
missed more plurals in this grid from ending with the wrong R....
that sc7 is a most unfortunate condition, if you check the ?
ca + son of the king less one consonant
shortened female name like mrs. thatcher
ma*** and gower champion
harry -- that ma5 is short for fake butter
thanks all :) nobody though to say "mrs. simpson"
8 to go
great clue thx dan
yw
gogogo harry
who's mrs simpson? can only think of Wallace Simpson.
Homer's wife, Bart & Lisa's mom

lbd you need to watch more tv :)
Wallis
thanks dan. don't really know them either.
all 8 are p words
ahh, yes, thanks Jilli. I knew i spelt her name wrong
that name is imprinted into Brit consciousness
wonder what sort of parents hold their beautiful new born baby girl up and say to themselves, "let's call her wallis"
how about Moon Unit?
yes, i guess with moon unit, you're not going to get teased, because you're name's already as abysmal as it can get
60 Minutes is on here -- cul8r...
not so sure she was a beautiful baby gort...the name's hard, like her
se6/24 anybody?
wallis the wolly, ya reckon trad?
dan2, reverse the syllables of pa6/24
1/60th of a minute + *** for the course
tx again jilli & lbd
did you get pa 6/24? turn it around fot the se 6/24
pe 6 / 21 or pe 5/ / 12 that follows it?
I'm back.. anyone miss me?
hi ruru

you're in my t's and p's joey. didn't realize that all of that was happening.
i have kept mostly quiet. too emotional to say much
Joey; I just read your profile. I am sorry to hear this; but I also know from my own experience (and several family members) that you CAN beat this.
understandable, joey. we're here for you
(((hugs))) joey, you will beat it
we will speak to God about this, joey
i have to. too many people to meet, things to see and do
that's the spirit, Joey!
My kid brother was 42 when he had to have a radical mastectomy for cancer. I was lucky in that my cancers (one on each side were small and contained; my sister, stepmother and myself all have had lumpectomies.
my lord, nef. that is a lot
just read your profile, joey. so sorry, after 14 yrs. you'd think tou were home free. how shocking. this is all happening so fast, which ,iguess is good. keep us updated.
Yeah. Both side of my family PLUS the step mom; who'd a thunk that could happen, huh?
thanks, BR. keep that line open
And I spoke with someone else here last night who just had surgery and may need chemo too.
it's almost like it's in the water or something. more reports of breast cancer. hope it is because of preventative measures catching it early.

LOL! joey. It's better than harp's song!
That is what I thot! See, with prayer, friends and positive thots, all will be well.

ma6 is a branch of the armed forces, and also sea-related, and ma7 is one who has to do with things ma6
before the running contest pink.

ok...how does one take one's pulse?
I mean what's the "count" process?
and I have a new blog, but need to start writing in it!
and I don't even have one, I'm so boring
start a stopwatch, count for 15 seconds. repeat
so he has to clean the keyboard once a year. you clean house every day...
Pink - one goes about an inch down ones wrist, and uses first finger to check pulse.
ok...25 beats in 15 secs...is that good or bad?
17 words left...prepared to cheat outrageously
times it by 4 for the minute total - so 100.
stop withthe "cheat", awreddy
what's "normal"?
on the high side, I think
crap
(sorry)
95 sticks in my old head
going to look...
sorry...mean i will take anything thrown at me with shameful downcast eyes
"The average adult heart beats about 60 to 100 times a minute at rest" thank you wiki
Kate - I'm supposed to clean whole house every day? EEK! I gave up doing that years ago.
to the pb pini
but! if you're stressed, your heart beat will most likely be higher than a true resting pulse
just ask for clues, TK, or go to morewords
maybe it was 75...

Pink, I dare not look, though my blod pressure as norm is way below the norm. Like I said o Beloved, if you find me apparently dead at some scene or other. just make sure before you pronounce me dead; the diaggnosis mioght not be as simple as you think.
pa5 rhymes with ca5, what gets loaded onto ships
ca 6 / 24 follows prancce abouters
I didn't let them take my Dad away until 1 and a half days after he'd 'gone'.
wow!
ca 6 is plural of the ca 5 before the prancers, lol
Only when m Dad had gone cold to his coe did I allow him to be declared ead.
I would not have llowed it for another 3 days yet, had I not seen in his eyes that his soul had left his body.
howya doin, Kate?
oh pleae, jac
need a bunch of ca's following the "fish"ers (end of ca's)
