but I also love the quiet and solitude of the nights....

it's in the benzo family and helps with sleep and seems especially effective with fibro. I take a very small dose and it has made a huge difference in my sleeping
overhere we had to go through an ENT speciallist
I do, too just... I try not to schedule anything in the mornings, which usually works out (cept for church on Sun)... sometimes I just stay up Sat night then go to church, come home and sleep in the afternoon; hubby usually watches sports, which I think he kinda likes not being bugged
