It's funny, dried flowers used to be popular here and st7 was used as a kind of filler. They're a bit off the scene at the minute but no doubt they'll come back into fashion again.

Scrabbler, I was reading the chat. I have a good breakfast that I have not tired of. I mash a banana in a larger bowl, mix it with 1 tbsp of Real Lemon. Then I add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of dry rolled oats. I pour on milk ... I don't measure. Let is soak a bit. Then nuke it for 2 1/2 minutes on high. I add about half a cup of mixed berries ... I use raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. I have used fresh strawberries in season.

I use the Real Lemon because then you do not need salt, sugar or honey in the oatmeal. I am Type 2 diabetic and have eliminated a lot of sugar from my diet. Yesterday we had breakfast at Perkins and they have a new low calorie Florentine Eggs Benedict that was very good.

I Car was serviced, new front brakes and rear pads, new radiator, two new rea tyres which are big chunky ones and then the killer was the exaust - new cat converter and as it is a sprts car twin exhaust system. But that is it now - will go for another 10 years.

They had probs soucing the exhaust components and thought they would have to get them shipped from Japan but managedx to find them in Scotland.

Seriously, one thing we've learned is that all of the electronics with their "instant on" features are ALWAYS on and can suck up a lot of power when you aren't using them. We put a bunch of things on power strips that we turn off at night and it HAS made a difference!

it happend to a friend of mine who could sometimes smell gas that no one else could. They checked her house and said it was fine but she complained again and they went into the crawlspace. That was where the leak was.

Peri - I have a bulging disc in my back that causes me frequent pain. Buying the inversion table was cheaper than having to go through bogus physical therapy. I plan not to share it, unless hubby wants to.

dont feel like waking up a talking head in a wheelchair;/
