there is this seed place, annie, that sells disks of seeds, and one disk will fill out a 6 inch pot... very easy as the seeds are all spaced appropriately and such

I do have a balcony but it is quite windy up here. I might be able to hide them in a corner tho but I would ask advice from the friendly folks. Oh what great ideas you have. I once bought herbs at Home Depot and put them aside but they went to herb heaven quickly. This is a better way to go.
