but, oodle, my phantoms are REAL phantoms
it's not exactly a basement, because we're on a hillside, but it's where the guestroom and bath, the laundry room, my husband's workshop and my studio are. The water seeps through the blacktop in the parking area, down the stair and into the workshop, but rarely goes further. So far, except for undermining the paint over the years, no damage....crosed fingers, biting lip!
the good news is that since the studio is at the bottom, it opens out into the garden and a view of the lake!

Great chicken mole: brown chicken leg quarters in olive oil. Separately, melt a bunch of dark chocolate square with a jar of salsa and a little tomato juice. Pour over browned chicken legs. Serve with white rice, refried beans and guacamole. It's splendid!

We took Lucius to the vet to get his vaccines and he was an instant hit with the staff. After we were in the waiting room with him (on a harness) and this woman and her 3 kids, 2 were running about spotted Lucius and went KITTY.
