Just got it hydra, tried a plural.
birdfeeders directly in front of windows are, for me, the best ways to bird watch. You can really see them, but they can't see you. We don't have nuthatches here, just millions of "verdier" which look like green finches (if there is such a fthing).
One of the n words is something you might put in your birdfeeder!
Just looked it up, ruby and it is indeed a greenfinch.
Have all the Ns now hydra! Yes, those and sunflower seeds are in the feeder. We also have masses of bullfinches, which some quite keen birdwatchers have never seen. Long-tailed tits also which go in gangs.
I'm near Ludlow, hydra. About 5 miles away, very rural. We have about an acre of garden which we try to manage for the wildlife, which means leaving old wood around to encourage insects which in turn brings in the birds.

I can't cut back on work, we both need to work full-time to pay bills and keep roof over head etc....
but it is a proper degree, it will take about 6 months for the first part.
