I feel so bad for those with allergies, they miss so much not being able to go outdoors. things like weeding, mowing, mulching :-)
Eva, I had to switch to a nasal spray, but I am so glad I did! It tastes horrible so I use it when I am having my coffee, but my sinuses stay clear and it helps stave off my migraines!

molly, my allergies are kinda strange. they dont seem to get worse when the pollen does. really, they just hit my in spring and fall, when the seasons start to change, and hang around for a few weeks. once its truly spring, they will wear off a bit.
