the 4th of 5 kittens has been adopted out as of this afternoon. The 5th one is Gracie, the one that I would love to keep. She has been in and out of the house the last few evenings. Anyway, with the 4th going today, I wanted to bring Gracie in the house. I have had a mama cat crying outside my window all night. I have tried to get her to come in the house and join the party, but she won't. and when I open the door Gracie goes out. I am at my wits end. I don't know what to do. Mama is going to get spayed on Friday, I can't go through this again.

she has been in the house, but as soon as she comes in, mama goes out again

if you install one & establish a feeding station & beds for them inside they will likely spend more indoor time if they know they can come & go as they wish

however, we have to pay for radiotherapy, isn't covered under PBS or health fund
sometimes there is not a choice,but i hope just radiation will do it for you

well, not to be crass about it, mrp, but dying is pretty hard on your body as well. My mom had chemo in 1973, when it was much more brutal than it is now, and it bought her a few precious months. These are not easy decisions.

My mom lost a lot of weight on chemo too, but had a lot of fluid in her abdomen; I remember her looking in the mirror and saying how good she looked except for the "lump". It was pretty creepy, and sad.

My husband and I met a neighbor boy some years ago when we lived in another state. He 'adopted' as extra grandparents, and we love him. So we consider him our grandson. uusue, my brother is battling a rare form of cancer, and the ribbon for it is zebra-stripped, because oncologists often look for the proverbial horse.

oh I hope I wasn't being too nosey...just that you had mentioned it frequently...but a friend suffered from Vertigo, dizzy spells and balance and he thought he may have fluid in his inner ears however it turned out to be a totally fixable thing...apparently our inner ears have some little crystal things in them and they can become dislodged and cause this...the ENT did a simple manual manipulation wherein he had him sit upright and then he quickly turned his head and put him into a lying down position a couple of times and the darned thing worked and he's been fine ever since...so simple it sounds hokey but it is a real cure.

i'm not being funny here, but i use to run alot when i was younger and was in an athletics team, running, 100, 200 and 800m but rhen when i got older and started to work, because i was on my feet all the time i couldn't be bothered or didn't have the energy but now i can't do it i wish i could go back to those times and do it
