Thanks, yes, many people want to stay ideologically but many others are fleeing for practical reasons. All the schools are closed so families with children are forced to stay in shelters most of the day.

He is a rescue cat he was in a very bad road accident shortly after we had him, so his pelvis was very badly smashed up, so his jumping days are over but he has a wonderful nature, everyone wants to adopt him

I've learned to love the winter landscape, but that;'s because I'm in deep country, where it is beautiful. In the city the winter was so ugly! But light......Merp acts like a sundial and rotates around the house soaking up any little bits of sun he can find.
But I do enjoy XC-skiing in the winter. Saturday was magnificent in the woods--sunny, great trail conditions.

No - I have only written an entrelac felted bag thingie for a yarn company and it has been made a gazillion times. entrelac can be tricky though and is often written badly - you tube and about.com have some good videos of various knitting techniques but I don't know if there is one on entrelac. is it the cardi or the knitting tech?
no it is the pattern each pattern is over 23 stitches but there are some 25 row patterns or pattens with missing rows the list is endless. i have been knitting a long time so i can fix it but it is frustrating. each rectangle is a separate aran pattern
I desin sweaters, afghans other various garments and I have a big line of knitted doll garments from underclothes to dresses and socks. I am working on a gorgeous mosaic afghan right now. Sometimes my stuff is published by other designers or yarn companies so it is rarely obvious.

sounds like an intereseting pattern. what size yarn?
remember in aran patterns the stitch counts can vary a lot in each row - start with the correct count knit it correctly and don't count in the middle of a pattern unless you really need to.
