I can change the size of the grid by clicking on it and scrolling up and down with the ALT key depressed; if you click on the page, depress ALT and hit zero, the default size is supposed to return

Yes Sprite, that is what is happening to this mum... she is guilty as hell about everything! I hugged her, told her nothing and nobody is perfect, and everyday is like that... we cry, we laugh, we carry on, and our kids never stop loving us for it
She is on very very high doses of anti depressants... but I didn't know it was her first day out ... she was terrified!!
Perhaps this mum might want to read Judith Viorst? She is great. Writes about being a "good enough mum" in stead of being a 'good mum', whatever that may be.
I hope she still gets ongoing help (side from meds) for a while, she sounds very fragile

The Great blue was pulling a (ew) rat out of the lake, so it was interesting, but very very very wet. It was just a drizzle that turned into a downpour at mile 2.

I'm always making excuses as I don't get back from work until 7.00pm usually. However I have targets from my consellor for work and one of those is to take a lunch break. I'm working on the principle that I would kill two birds with one stone and take a walk in the break I have to take.
I was looking at the want ads in the paper and saw the following ad: Physician Assistant and Front Desk. I am not qualified to be a physician assistant so I thought I would apply to be the front desk :-)

Chronic Pain is a terrible thing to live with. I can not understand why people only want the medications.
I would love to work at a holistic place where they offer massage, Reiki, acupuncture etc
