It's $100 for the ROKU box. There is no fee from Netflix to download as many movies as you can watch. Dosen't count against the movies they mail you either.

It was great, sandy! Walks on the beach at lowtide (my favorite!), tennis, kayaking, Scrabble, reading, laughing, and I rescied an injured loon on te beach (washed up in surf) --I scooped him up, walked back to the condo, and we drove him to a wildlife sanctuary--he is recovering well!

sunday afternoon/evening, it started getting really stiff + painful. i had the exact same sort of stiffness/pain like 2 years ago + it lasted for several months -- couldnt turn my head, lean my head or hardly even lie down. got some PT for it back then + was told it was basically tendonitis in the neck (though it has some other name i dont remember when its in your neck) this time, im getting it checked out early.

wise to be early with that. Neck issues are taking a high toll in energy, you need your neck all the time for everything. I hope it will be over soon!

Mr Pres I have mentioned this earlier but my friends wife had her baby today. Second one. Tomorrow is little girl 1's birthday its going to be tough. Babba number 2 was born at 25 weeks 800grams and 33 cm long ( 25 weeks 1pound 12 inch) I am still blown away. I take a ring of my finger and that is how small her arm is

I am in the midst of wanting to murder a 15 year old boy that is not being an adult despite demanding adult responsibilities with his diabetic medication. Nearly put himself in a coma after not taking a reading for 3 days then double the dose last night. grrr
also, either english isn't her first language, or she's... dim. and i hate to judge on that, but i get the feeling follow up care might be beyond her price range.

Well his aunt my friend is going to yell at him today. He has a really bad attitude. I have told him he can eat chocolate cake ice cream all the bad foods if he is sensible. I have even shown him the diabetic websites to create all this food

7-8 pounds would be my guess. less than 25 is the smallest range they let you select
