We have a ovely fish shop two doors down. Pity my husband will eat nothing that has more than four legs or fewer than two.
Delicious cheeks. They are flat like skates and stuff, so you can cut out the cheek bit and it is so flavourful and has a texture like chicken or pork. Most people don't bother cutting them out, but my stepfather does for us. :)

They sure do a mean kibbeling, though, for when I break my diet for lunch...
