oh yes, absolutely. He loved everything, from being outside all day to canoeing. Only problem was to make him settle down for the night, he was missing his bench. But once he did, he slept well.

cut up a zucchini into 1.5 inch chunks. use a spoon to scoop out the inside of each chunk to make a "cup" fill each cup with a mixture of feta + chopped roasted red peppers (which you can buy, pre-roasted in a jar) stick them on a tray + pop them in the oven for just a few minutes before serving.
i made those for my family once + everyone was just flabbergasted, since im not known for cooking!

nope. just cut it into 1.5-inch thick slices. when you scoop out the insides, just be careful to leave a little at the bottom.

You can hollow out cukes and cheery tomatoes and fill the depression with hummus or artichoke dip or whatever, top with a tiny bit of olive or parlsey or sundried tomatoes. So 1950's...

the secret is desperation. When I have a panic attack, I babble. So I get lots of practice. It really is my safe place. If I can't babble right then, I know that I will be okay until I can. my problem isn't nearly as bad - or as recurrent - as Crohn's (thank God). mostly my problem goes the other way

I feel a great deal of sympathy for people with Crohn's, as I have at least a faint idea of what they suffer
treatment is so hit or miss
