yeah. Slept in late after a very hot and humid night, and not really enjoying staying in the same room as the computer. It's just too hot. But babble lured me up.

Lake District for 3 days with work, Archery, Go Ape, Canoeing and abseiling. Those of you who know me well will know this is WAY out of my comfort zone. It didn't stop raining the whole time I have never been so wet!

oh! for chest congestion... right before bed, soak feet in as hot as water as can stand.. then put ice water cold cotton socks on and then dry wool socks over those and get IMMEDIATELY into bed under covers. feet are dry when you wake and it really helps move the congestion out.
RE8/50 is to recolor, also singular.
and the saline helps with the chest stuff too.. keeps the new stuff down and helps clear.
