oh, my younger brother decided my poopies were not welcome at his home any longer...this was after I told him we really didnt want to visit him at Christmastime/New YEars' with a slew of people in his home. WHenever we visited in the past we always stayed with him and had my niece's bdrm for ourselves...this time with lots of people (usually >20 ata time) Precious was confined to the bedroom for fear of peeing anywhere out of fright, and Joey must have gotten underfoot and peed in the kitchen to spite my brothers! Joey is a dog and will do dog things when he isn;t getting the attention he deserves!! LOL! I don't spoil them, just give them more attention than visitor will have...8)

yes, well I've told my mom she'll have to visit me in Phoenix from now on...I'll save on gas and other unnecessary spending so I win!

Oh no, PAV! :( My next-door neighbour has a dog like that! He gets jealous of the attention the two other dogs get - if they get ANY! He will go off and urinate or defecate somewhere in the house, out of spite - he is fully housebroken and never does it, otherwise . . .

west, when you copy something with "curly commas"and such into your My Account, it looks ok there but not when you open it with the icon, as you found out. So first copy into Wordpad or Notebook, or you can also go back and fix all the apostrophes and quotation marks and accents and such to simple ones or none at all (accents)

we just had three trial years (forced on us by a gangster government) and it is a summer thing here. It wasnt dark until 9.30 at night and it is too hot here for that nonsense- our climate doesnt suit it

We are JC -she lives in Broome and the abandoned dogs up there are so sick - they often have no hair and are full of ticks- its disgusting- if they get homed in broome, her boyfriend (big softee_) goes and visits them to make sure they are ok

goodness Sprite..... thats not a pleasant thing to go thru, glad your friend is ok now
She must have bowel adhesions, Sprite.
she thought she was having a belly bug. Kept being sick for over a week. Finally asked for the doctor to come and was whisked away to hospital.
Sprite. how unpleasant thank goodness she is recovering.
kidneys weren't functioning anymore, so they had to wait with scanning. As soon as she was stabilised and scanned, she was in or 10 mins later.
Scrabs: they say it wasn't IN her bowels, but .....tissue on the outside. Must look up the english word.
I had a partial bowel obstruction 3 yrs ago, because I have adhesions (5 past surgeries) and had vomiting x 4 days. I was able to leave the emergency room after a few hrs and avoid surgery
dictionary says connective tissue, interstitial tissue
when hubby was in nursing home, his roommate had bowel obstruction and unfortunately he was not considered a good candidate for surgery due to other porblems and passed away within a few days. It was very sad

I think Minus (fox terrier) was stung on the foot by a bee, cause it is very swollen and red. Anyone got any ideas for a remedy for stings in the paw?? I think I might have to put some calamine on the area and wrap it. But the little bugger will chew off the bandages :))
First, get the sting out if you can see it. Any swelling should go down within a couple of hours. If swelling persists or the dog seems to be having an allergic reaction, seek more help.

If you do decide to put a bandage on, wind elastoplast over it and if necessary, put a sock or something on. Just be sure not to wind too tightly!
