Joey, when my dad was on his chemo, just about the only thing he could tolerate to eat was tapioca pudding. I must have made him gallons of it.
I was so lucky I didn't have to have chemo
it is so interesting to hear what others can and can not do. right now it is my mental that hurts the most. for the first time in my life i have not sent out christmas cards, i just don't have the energy.

my mom used to also make us tapioca from scratch..it was warm, soft, and nurishing also. joey real friends will understand...don't fret over that you need to save all your energy to heal
that's funny stid, i gave that a long thought today. what i am hoping is for christmas in march or april. or maybe starting a new tradition of spring cards

my comfort foods are mashed potatoes - definitely the top, along with roast beef and corn.
I send new year's cards. I use the envelopes from the cards we receive and write an individual note with each master letter.
Ooh yeah...mashed potatoes have got to be one of the world's most perfect foods.

my mother didn't make anything, but the Boy and the Amah did, and I got some lovely comfort foods. But at one point I was declared anemic and had to have liver soup for lunch every day, ugh. It looked like pee with little grey tings floatingin it and tasted horrible. No iron pills in those days.

my mom was lucky too that she didn't need chemo...but she had 30 radiation treatments in 2008 so far so good...some residual damage to her muscles but she works on it everyday and is doing better

OK, I called the parents of the sick 6 yr old boy that was puking + pooping blood. They are in another state visiting releatives and the boy is improving with IV fluids.

After ri 4/6ing in the new year,I started this grid at the flip. Started to do this puzzle in my boring office which could use some de5/14.I made a small de4/5 in this puzzle by finding 102 words. The monkeys were ki4/9 enough to help me get halfway through puzzle. Then they started to dr 5/12 from all the hard work. Then I went to bed. I got up this morning and had Co 4/5 Flakes for breakfast and started babbling again. My monkeys came back this morning&did an en 6/21 performance.They were able to help me find 97 more words.Then my monkeys left & was fo 6/33 to fe 4/8 for myself. I found f i4/10 more words without them. Now my brain is very fr 5/18 and I am not in 4/4 this grid anymore.I hope tomorrow is a ki 6/33 grid. I am not a word ne4/5, unlike my ni 5/12,so I need easier and smaller grids like the last few re 6/21 grids. Well on that no4/4,I'm going to call it a ni 4/4 now on 4/5 and for all.
